NITA intensifies Stakeholder Participation Activities

NITA intensifies stakeholder participation activities aimed at increasing awareness on Training Levy Fund and NITA products

The Authority has embarked on increased public participation in effectively fulfilling its mandate which is a requirement by the Constitution of Kenya. Themed ‘Stakeholder Partnership to promote skills enhancement for business growth’

The stakeholder awareness activities began in earnest when we hosted a forum in Nyeri at the White Rhino Hotel held on Wednesday 31st of May 2017. The forum was the first in a series of events aimed at enlightening our various audiences on the importance of contributing to the Training Levy Fund as well as other functions of the Authority such as our centre courses, our accreditation of trainers and attachment placement including other roles NITA plays.

The second forum in the awareness creation series was held on Thursday 8th June 2017 with the theme “Stakeholder Partnership to Promote Skills Enhancement for Business Growth” and was held at our NITA Athi River centre.

As the outreach activities intensify and we sensitize our stakeholders countrywide. Keep watching this space for updates on this and more!
